Tax Manager
Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid)
Overview
Global private equity real estate firm seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for complex partnership and corporate structures. This role partners with finance leadership and works closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage federal, state, and local tax filings and quarterly estimates
Oversee K-1 preparation and partner data maintenance
Advise on tax implications for transactions and acquisitions
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
Conduct tax research and maintain audit-ready documentation
Requirements
CPA required; Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
5+ years experience, including 3+ in public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
Expertise in partnership and state tax; international tax a plus
Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (Yardi preferred)

Schedule: Hybrid after training (3 days onsite)
Salary: $115K-$140K + bonus (~15%)
